Dear brothers and sisters,

We are happy to announce and invite all HARP-aged youth of the EUME region to the European Summer HARP Workshop 2025 in Glanów, Poland! Below you will find the relevant information in regards to this workshop:

Place: Glanów workshop center, near Krakow, Poland

Dates: August 17 - 24, 2025 (arrival by 18:00, departure from 12:00)

Participants’ age: 14-18

Workshop language: English

Workshop fee: This workshop is supported by the EUME HQ.

  • EARLY BIRD registered until May 23: 770 PLN (180 EUR)

  • REGULAR registered between May 24 - July 16: 920 PLN (220 EUR)

  • LATE registered from July 17: 1,100 PLN (260 EUR)

  • Cancellation fee for cancellations between July 17th - August 14th: 200 PLN (50 EUR)

We request all participants to pay in PLN due to fluctuating PLN-EUR exchange rates.

Workshop motto:

2025 marks another significant milestone in our movement’s history with the opening of the Cheon Won Gung Palace and Cheon Il Sanctum. True Mother refers to this event as the end of the providence of restoration and the substantial beginning of the Cheon Il Guk era, when we can directly attend Heavenly Parent. True Mother also calls on us to help her expand the environment in which we attend Heavenly Parent. Hence this year we choose to focus our educational efforts on supporting our participants in gaining the awareness and necessary skills to help them thrive in their personal lives, and become difference makers in their surroundings.

Inspired by the advent of this new era, the great story of Exodus and the song “Pharaoh (Let My People Go)” by Brandon Lake, we have chosen “Freedom: The Journey Begins” as this summer's motto. Drawing a parallel between current events and the Israelites journey out of Egypt, we believe that now is the time for us to walk out of our own ‘Egypt’—to let go of the fears, habits, and mindsets that hold us back. This new era calls for a new identity: not one shaped by limitation or insecurity, but by confidence in our divine value and purpose. True freedom begins when we take responsibility for our lives, our faith, and our relationships.

This summer, we invite each participant not just to experience inspiration, but transformation—to step into their God-given identity and become people who carry light, hope, and courage into the world around them.

Registration process:

  1. Register online here

  2. You will receive an automatic reply to the email address provided by you on the registration form. With this you can check whether your registration went through. Please check your mailbox including the SPAM folder.

  3. We will send a confirmation email within 5 days, if there is a place for you – we will use the email address you provided at the registration. A waiting list will be available if all spots are taken.

  4. Transfer the participation fee within 5 days of receiving an email confirming your registration to the bank account given in the confirmation email sent to you.

  5. We will send you an email confirming your payment once the amount reaches the bank account.

  6. If all the above mentioned steps are done, you are fully confirmed to attend the workshop!

The registration deadline is July 17th, but we kindly ask you to apply as soon as possible to help us with the practical preparations. Before the workshop starts, you will receive an email with the practical information regarding travel arrangements, health form, Code of Conduct, and other necessary details.

And lastly, for everyone willing to come or support this project we warmly invite you to join us in a 21-day condition for the success of this workshop between July 19th - August 8th. We will really appreciate all the support we can get in building the foundation for the best experience with God and each other that we can create. 🙂
